Seasonal Depression Question

I have struggled with seasonal depression for as long as I can remember. Recently, a friend suggested using a certain kind of lamp to help treat this. Does this really work, and if so, where can I get one?

Yes, light therapy works quite well. There is a product from Phillips. Here is their site: http://www.philips.ca/c-m-li/light-therapy/wake-up-light/all#filters=WAKEUP_LIGHT_SU%2C2016%2C2014%2C2013%2C2012%2C2011%2C2010%2C2009%2C2008&sliders=&support=&price=&priceBoxes=&page=&layout=12.subcategory.p-grid-icon.

Additionally, talk therapy can really help address SAD, and other types of depression, especially ones that delve into the experience of the individual. Lastly, high intensity exercise can help lift depression temporarily, and if sustained, can help manage it.

Hello, I have heard that they work pretty well, especially here is Vancouver since it is grey many days of the year. I've seen them at costco before and if not then you can also try well.ca or relaxus store. Also, potentially taking a vitamin d supplement may help as well.
