How do I get rid of my panic attacks?
Hello. Over the past year, I have experienced increasing panic attacks. My heart races, I can't breathe, and I sometimes feel like I'm having heart attack. Is there any way to prevent these from happening? Thanks.

You might want to try Neurofeedback? The type of Neurofeedback that I do trains the brain to calibrate the central nervous system, and has been found to help with panic attacks.

Yes! look into Observed & Experiential Integration (OEI). I have helped many people using this model in as short as 3 sessions.
