Any tips on improving sleep?

I struggle with insomnia, and have for several years. I have a hard time waking, and am exhausted most days. I really do not want to take sleep meds if I can avoid it. Any suggestions?

One very effective way of helping with increasing the production of melatonin in your body naturally is through the use of essential oils. They can slow your heart rate, and blood pressure and lower stress hormones. They have been very effective for myself and my clients. I'd be happy to consult about this option with you if you like.

it really depends on the underlying cause of the insomnia. This condition is typically a byproduct of a deeper issue. You would need find out what the deeper issue is and if you combat that, you would be able to resolve it for good.

Hi there, sometimes we have trouble falling asleep because we have too much going on in our heads and our brains don't want to shut and almost becomes fearful we will forget what we were thinking. One suggestion you can try that has worked for many of my clients is to write everything down that's circling around in your head. It doesn't really have to make sense, can be point form or sentences, just getting it all out on paper should allow your brain to then rest. Maybe give that a try and see how it goes. It may sound silly and not suffisticated but it has worked for many people.
